Return And Refund Policy


Returns 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. The return must be postmarked before the 30 day period ends or the return will not be processed.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed or dirty will not be exchanged or refunded. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Damaged/defective itemsWe stand by our products! If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us an email within 7 days of receiving your item for another item to be sent in place of it. This is 100% free and on us! Lost or stolen packagesIf the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can find it. We recommend checking with neighbor’s as well. If you still cannot find your package, please contact us and we're happy to help.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.
